At the age of 6, Carl began riding shotgun in the truck with his dad, Paul Dise, to job sites and watched him work. By the time he was 12, he was successfully floating and finishing concrete along side of his father.
The same was true for Carl’s son, Carl Jr. as he was growing up. The father-son duo now work side by side, prepping, pouring and finishing each contracted project, carrying on the lineage of skilled tradesmen that are regarded for their notable work ethics.
